Please find attached the Tender documentation relating to the tender for the Sinclair Toilets Refurbishment - Cambridge project. Please note the closing date for your tender return is 12 noon on 30th September 2021. Site visits for pricing will take place 17th September. Further details are within the Tender Information document attached. Tenderers must check that all the documents listed in the contents have been received and are complete in all respects. Documents that must be returned to us completed in full are: T21/04 Schedule of Works and Prelims T21/04 Suitability Questionnaire T21/04 Quality Criteria Tender Questionnaire T21.04 Sign all forms return with Submission Tenderers are to note lodgement of large electronic files may take time and as such tenderers must allow sufficient time to fully transmit all files prior to the closing time. Please see paragraph 1.16 of the Tender Information document for further information. End date for Contract Finder is for information only. Additional information: The tender is being conducted electronically using the Anglia Ruskin University eTendering system which can be found at: https://in-tendhost.co.ik/angliaruskinuniversity/ To receive documents the users must first register and obtain log in details. Existing users should log in to the website and express an interest. Delivery Notes Refurbishment of 5 toilets within the Sinclair Building at Cambridge. The works will include a full strip out, new ceilings, sanitary ware, IPS panels, vanity units, new hand dryers, PVCU wall cladding in lieu of ceramic tiles, lighting, vinyl floor covering and decoration. There is contractor's design around the lighting, plumbing and sizing of the IPS panels. Each toilet will be refurbished separately and the sequence may not follow one after another, there may be longer periods of time between each toilet. Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No
