Housing have a statutory duty to ensure all buildings they manage/occupy are cleaned to an acceptable standard and maintained. Churchill have been awarded to provide a daily cleaning service to council properties and communal areas in the Housing estate. In addition to daily clean they carry out periodic deep cleans, window cleaning and emergency cleans (24/7) for the Housing Estate. The Housing Estate consists of cleaning in: * all the communal corridors, stairwells, entrances and bin stores (see more detail in tender document) * 450 Low rise building * 10 High rise buildings * 22 Sheltered accommodation buildings * Various temporary accommodation sites
