Notice Description

The 1721/MR Architect (Project Value of Under PS4.0m) contract forms one of the construction related Consultancy Services on the University of Sheffield Consultancy Framework 2018 - 2022. The consultant will provide all services expected of a competent Architect including but not limited to: Design, develop and document all architectural elements via drawings, models, schedules and specifications, including advising on quality control during contract. Act as lead designer in the development of co-ordinated design work with other consultants to successfully complete the Project. The contracts on the framework will be awarded independently of each other, and there is no requirement for any tenderer expressing an interest in 1721/MR Architect (Project Value of Under PS4.0m) to express an interest in any other of the contracts forming the University of Sheffield Consultancy framework 2018 - 2022. Likewise, tenderers requesting an expression of interest in 1721/MR Architect (Project Value of Under PS4.0m) will not be excluded from expressing an interest in any other contract forming the University of Sheffield Consultancy Framework 2018 - 2022. All expressions of interest must be via the University of Sheffield e-tendering portal: https://www.in-tendhost.co.uk/Sheffield This is a restricted 2 stage tender exercise. The SQ can be downloaded by registering and expressing your interest on the University's e-tendering system https://www.in-tendhost.co.uk/Sheffield If you have any questions or comments in relation to this tender they must be submitted via the In-tend System, this can be accessed at https://www.in-tendhost.co.uk/Sheffield Completed tenders must be returned through the same e-tendering system.
