Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC) are inviting potential providers to respond to proposals for a new way of providing Homecare services (known as a Placed-Based model) that could have a significant impact on the way Homecare services in Cambridgeshire are delivered. Please register your interest to access the Provider Engagement document. Section 7 (Our Requirements) sets out our thoughts on how a new Placed-Based Model could work and Section 8 are the questions that we would kindly ask you to complete as part of your feedback. In addition to this, we will also be providing on-line meetings in early June. Please notify us, if this is something you would like to be involved in (contact mubeen.fayyaz@cambridgeshire.gov.uk). Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete this important document and help to inform the future of Homecare services in Cambridgeshire
