Mansfield District Council is seeking tenders for seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified entities for the execution of works for the Bellamy Centre Housing Scheme. The Scheme consists of:: - Demolition of disused shops and garages. - Construction of 22 new dwellings. - Creation of various public spaces for the wider community.
