Lodge Park Sports Centre Male Changing Rooms
Notice Description
Lodge Park Sports Centre, part of Corby Borough Council, is looking to refurbish parts of the male changing area. This includes the removal of existing items and the installation of a complete new toilet area (with vanity unit, wash basins, urinals and WC pans) new flooring, benches and paintwork throughout. The shower area will not be refurbished. Additional information: The original competitive quotation process did not encourage any suitable tenders. Thereafter, the Council undertook the award of this project via use of the negotiated procedure without prior publication, as afforded under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
