This procurement followed a competitive mini competition using the SCW CSU - DPS: Project Based Consultancy (Turnaround - Lot 1 Workforce) Dynamic Purchasing System which was established by the South Central and West CSU as a route to awarding contracts for Consultancy services. Additional information: Max spend with each of the 5 suppliers is PS400k with an overall maximum of PS1.2m for the whole project
