Notice Description

Following on from the success of previous frameworks and to support the University aspirations going forward, The University seek to develop framework agreements for the following consultancy services:- 1.Project Management 2.BIM Information Manager 3.BIM Lead 4.Principal Designer, with technical author role (where required) It is envisaged that 3 consultants will be appointed to the Project Management and Principal Designer frameworks respectively with a single appointment to the BIM Information Manager framework and a single appointment for the BIM Lead framework. Estimated value of the frameworks are :- 1. Project Management / Value 300K. 2. Principal Designer with technical author (where required) / Value 100K. 3 BIM Information Manager & 4. BIM Lead. The estimated value of the BIM commissions is approximately 100K The frameworks will be for 45 months including extensions. Any commissions under this contract or framework maybe subject to external funding from bodies such as Arts Council, ERDF, Heritage Lottery Fund, LEP etc and the successful suppliers will be expected to work with the University on any funding applications where appropriate. This list of funding bodies is not exhaustive.
