This tender is to establish a Single Supplier Framework to cover various maintenance packages and equipment after sales services including but not limited to User Training, Servicing, Preventative Maintenance visits, breakdown cover, spare parts, consumables, potential upgrades both for hardware and software as well as warranty extensions of this system, compatible with the original design of the system.
