A concession contract for the publishing of the Guidelines for the Assessment of General Damages in Personal Injury Cases ("the Guidelines") for re-sale into the legal community, whilst receiving royalties and free copies. The proposed contract will be for the publication of the 15th and 16th editions, with an option to extend for the inclusion of the 17th edition.
