Notice Description

Cornwall Council will be procuring a framework for the suppler of Solar Panels broken up into lots for Domestic, Roof Mounted 50kW, Ground Mounted and Post Installation Inspections. The Council held a bidder morning with interested parties on the 26th February. The aim of the day was to share with potential contractors our proposed framework, how we envisage it working, the method of deliver, etc. and encourage attendees to input into those plans. For those who had not bid for above OJEU public sector contracts before we also offered a short introduction to the process and how it is implemented at the Council. The Councils shared documents will those attendees seeking feedback from the attendees as to their suitability the meet the Council's goals and is publishing this notice to share the documents with the wider market who did not attend. Additional information: * The Method of Operation sets out how we would award work under the Framework * The Form of Enquiry is the document which would be used to award work - it contains details of the information which would be shared, the format of response and the award criteria. It works alongside the NEC4 ECC Short Form.
