Service provider to deliver a structured and tailored intervention to support the participants to obtain a recognised qualification approved by an Industry body in Nail Treatments to eligible 15-29 year olds who are not in employment, education or training (NEET). Courses should be delivered on a 1-2-1- or small group basis depending on individuals needs.
