Summary of the contracting process

The procurement process for the proposed digital signage at Stonehenge is being initiated by English Heritage, with the intention to assess solutions for delivering customer information via digital totem signage structures. This notice serves as a Preliminary Information Notice (PIN), signalling the start of market engagement rather than a formal tender. The engagement period concludes on 13th January 2020. The procurement falls under the signage industry category and is currently in the planning stage, which includes registration for interested suppliers on the English Heritage electronic tendering portal.

This opportunity presents a significant avenue for business growth, especially for businesses specialising in digital signage solutions and customer information technologies. As the English Heritage Trust seeks to modernise their customer engagement strategies, companies experienced in innovative signage systems or digital display technologies will be particularly well-suited to compete. Potential suppliers who can deliver effective and visually engaging solutions for heritage sites are encouraged to express their interest and prepare for future phases of the procurement process.
