Notice Description
Devon County Council have a requirement to appoint a Notified Body (NoBo) and a Designated Body (DeBo) in accordance with the Railway Interoperability Regulations 2011. As the project is Significant under the Common Safety Method Regulations, an Assessment Body (AsBo) must also be appointed.
