Contract 5 - Fencing Replacements - Programmed Works 2019-2021
Notice Description
Individual projects including housing/residential installs, fencing replacement including minor repairs for programmed works be completed in ether of the following forms; houses, flats, bungalows and blocks and any other properties owned by the Authority or its subsidiaries which may also include housing for sale. The specific Projects details that may be procured under this Framework Contract cannot be clearly defined at this stage, however,indicative volumes, approximate per year are: 2019-20 = 1281, 2020-21 = 1193 and 2021-22 = 1300. The ProContract Project reference is DN363883. The initial contract duration is for twenty four months with an option to extend for a further twelve months. Additional information: Further information and documents can be found by following the instructions can be found by following the instrucitons below and must be submitted electronically using the NEPO Portal no paper Tenders will be accepted. Applicants wishing to register their interest against the opportunities and have access to the tender documents should go to the ProContract electronic tendering portal on the web site located at:- https://procontract.due-north.com/SupplierPreLoginHome (if you are already registered on the NEPO Portal, then select:- Already registered? Log in here after accessing the link). To register an interest in the above opportunity:- Select Find opportunities, then with in the Organisations filter, select North Tyneside Council and select Update (located at the bottom of the screen) to see current opportunities. Select the Project title. You should be directed to expression/registration page.
