Rugby Borough Council wish to have installed a Skating Rink in Caldecott Park, Rugby. Period of hire: 3 weeks between December and January (not including Christmas Day or New Years Day) Opening hours to include afternoon and evening up to 8pm maximum - appropriate lighting should be included as part of the rink structure.
