This Contract is for a new local bus service between Mount Oswald and Durham (bus service contract ref PPT3893). The Contract may be provided by either a free standing new service, requiring one bus, Monday to Saturday daytime, or by a diversion/extension of an existing service to provide an equivalent timetable. See specification in Document 2 - Contract for further details. The Contract will operate on a net-subsidy agreement under which fares revenue belongs to the Contractor.
