Notice Description

Heathlands Care Home is a major new health and care joint venture built on health and social care partners' aspiration to deliver integrated care to meet growing dementia and nursing need in Bracknell Forest. Bracknell Forest Council and the East Berkshire Clinical Commissioning Group aspire to develop a service model and specification built around demand, need, and best practice. We intend for this to be informed by the market and community. Providers current experience, knowledge and expertise will provide a useful steer in the development of a viable service model whereby people with nursing and/or complex dementia needs are supported individually with innovation and care. The Council are proposing a three step market engagement process. Potential providers will: - Be invited to complete a series of questions on the provision of a dementia nursing service and partnership working to be submitted by the 24th November. - Be invited to a discussion group with the commissioners; please hold the 30th November 11:30 - 13:00. - Have the opportunity for a one to one discussion with the council if desired.
