Notice Description

The DFID/USAID programme Global Learning for Adaptive Management (GLAM) will establish a mechanism that delivers technical and strategic support to develop, test and disseminate monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) models appropriate to the needs and opportunities of adaptive development programmes supported by DFID and USAID. It will also establish a centre for learning about adaptive management to advance knowledge, evidence and understanding of what works and what doesn't work and why, establish standards for adaptive management and MEL systems, and serve as a global platform for sharing good practices.
