Strategic Leadership Programme

Notice Description

The Senior Leaders Programme (SLP) aims to identify those HMPPS leaders, who have the potential, aspiration and capacity to progress from their current role to a more senior position. The SLP will support them to become agile, strategic leaders who are able to set a clear vision and direction for their business unit, which is aligned to the wider organisational business plan. The development programme will be delivered in 3 two week residential modules at Newbold Revel, covering Leading Me, Leading Others and Leading HMPPS, although week one of Leading Me is already allocated to the CLM at the Defence Academy in Shrivenham.
