Servicing of gas fired boilers and other equipment to communal/office buildings to various Alliance Homes owned properties within the geographical boundaries of North Somerset and the subsequent disposal of all debris. The works comprise general servicing and repairs of all boilers and associated equipment. Asbestos may need to be removed if located.
