Notice Description
Colchester Borough Council (the Council) requires an experienced contractor to undertake Demolition works as detailed within the Specification at the Mercury Theatre, Balkerne Gate, Colchester, CO1 1PT. It is intended that the works shall commence between 6th August and 7th September 2018. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Tenders will be opened at 09:00 on Tuesday 29th May 2018
