TO ACCESS THE DOCUMENTS FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY YOU MUST FIRST REGISTER AT WWW.YORTENDER.CO.UK. SYPA is considering options to simplify our real estate operating model. These options include the adoption of a new property management model supported by a best in class service solution with a single firm. This ITT relates to the provision of property management, property accounting and property data services within the United Kingdom. For the avoidance of doubt SYPA will contract with only one provider. Detailed information relating to the requirements can be found in Part Two - Service Specification. Please direct any clarifications via the portal. ****************PLEASE NOTE*************** Part 6 - Price Response Document, Part 8 - Form of Contract and TUPE Details will be issued upon the signed return of the confidentiality agreement.
