Notice Description

Anchor Hanover's print requirements are currently met by a number of companies including a print management company, direct contracts with printers and via third party design agencies. The successful bidder(s) will be responsible for the supply of all marketing print materials together with all general printed stationery (including letterheads, compliment slips, business forms and training materials) with other ad hoc requirements. The opportunity will be divided into 4 lots: Lot 1 - Print on Demand (Marketing print & stationery, brochures, direct mail, mail drops) Lot 2 - Customer Letters & Rent Statements (** Where more cost-effective some volume may go via Print to Post) Lot 3 - Promotional (Posters, banners, booklets, promotional items, etc.) Lot 4 - Print to Post (Hybrid mail NOT direct mail) The contract will be awarded for an initial three year period, with an option to extend for a further two years subject to satisfactory performance and the written agreement of all parties. Anchor Hanover is seeking a supplier(s) who can offer a responsive, cost-effective print solution delivering both quality and value.
