Arun District Council - Non-Strategic Site Allocations Sustainability Appraisal
Notice Description
Arun District Council wishes to invite tenders from suitably experienced and qualified consultants to undertake a Sustainability Appraisal incorporating the requirements of the Strategic Environmental Assessment or 'SEA' Directive for their Non-Strategic Site Allocations Development Plan Document (DPD). This will form an integral part of the evidence base to underpin the DPD, and will ensure that the effects on the environment have been fully considered throughout the document's preparation, in compliance with s39 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Additional information: This tender is to be completed electronically using the SE Shared Services Procurement eSourcing portal. https://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing/opportunities The SE Shared Services eSourcing portal provides a web-based tool that provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing tendering and quotation activities reducing the time and effort required for both buyers and Potential Bidders. The portal allows for tender clarifications and submitting your bid electronically. In order to bid for this opportunity you will need to register your company on the SE Shared Services portal.
