Notice Information
Notice Title
Automating and Applying the Nitrogen Decision Framework
Notice Description
The central aim of this project is to apply the NDF to SSSI series data in a transparent and automated way, which also enables the results to be easily recalculated in the future as updated data becomes available. The results are to be recalculated upon the entry of new data (for example new deposition or site data). This automation is to be linked to our CSMi database. This will help Natural England assess the implications for our SSSI condition statistics and better understand the risk that air pollution poses to the delivery of our SSSI condition targets. This data analysis will also help inform development planning casework advice.
