Project Kipling - Franchise Continuity Project
Notice Description
Project Kipling has been set up to identify and agree a recovery plan for the SWR business. It is intended to determine solutions to the current financial difficulties of the franchise, and a commercial agreement which delivers this including, if appropriate, consideration of commercial models such as mutual termination and direct award.
