The CMA has a requirement for Occupational Health Services (OHS) and Employee Assistance Programme services (EAP). The Service Provider must have proven mechanisms for reporting, investigation and resolution of customer complaints, again with the constructive attitude that lessons learned can feed into better OHS provision for the CMA.
