This notice is issued with intent of inviting service providers offering SaaS capability for the replacement service. The new Alerting & Response Workflow Management service is expected to provide a number of capabilities which includes the following: * Alert and Response Workflow Management Capability: * Generic Notifications broadcasts and acknowledgement * User Access Management: * Website and email Analytics and Reporting Only service offerings with EU data centres will be considered.
