Notice Description

The final date and time for the submission of bids is Wednesday 3rd July 2019 at 11:00 DO NOT apply directly to the buyer. All tender information MUST be submitted through the CCS eSourcing Portal. The Department of Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) require provision of a one day training course to be delivered once a month from commencement of the contract until contract end date of 31/03/2020 outlining how to work with the EU once the UK has become a third nation. The training should cover a refresh to all participants of the inner workings of the EU, explain how influencing the EU will change once the UK becomes a third country, and provide participants with the tools to run successful soft influence campaigns in Brussels. The objective is to equip BEIS staff with the skills and knowledge to work with and influence key decision-makers and plan campaigns in Brussels and EU Member States, particularly after EU exit. Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found with the RFx attachments tab within the Emptoris System. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ / RFP document. How to Apply As part of the strategic alliance between UK Shared Business Services Ltd (UK SBS) and Crown Commercial Service (CCS), UK SBS will be using the CCS eSourcing Suite for this procurement.
