However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.The Authority reserves the right to amend any condition related to security of information to reflect any changes in national law or government policy. If any contract documents are accompanied by instructions on safeguarding classified information (e.g. a Security Aspects Letter), the Authority reserves the right to amend the terms of these instructions to reflect any changes in national law or government policy, whether in respect of the applicable protective marking scheme, specific protective markings given, the aspects to which any protective marking applies, or otherwise. This includes: * Diving Clothing * Dive Ancillaries * Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD) Ancillaries * Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD) Tools * Sonar Marker Mine Recovery Outfits (SMMRO) * Hydraulic Tools * Cylinders * Diver Compressors * Dive Pumps The scope of the Contract is expected to expand as the Authority intends to procure several diving equipments over the duration of the Contract. The Authority will be responsibile for procuring new to service equipment, following an initital bedding-in period responsibility for further procurements and in-service support of that equipment will be passed to the Contractor under UEW/012. Over the course of the Contract the Contractor will be expected to sub-contract with the Authority's nominated supplier to enable further procurements and provide in-service support to that equipment.
