Notice Description
NHS Arden and GEM CSU on behalf of NHS England - Midlands & East (East) and Norfolk & Waveney CCGs (referred to as the Commissioners) under fully delegated commissioning arrangements would like to invite providers to attend a Market Engagement Event. The event will inform the market of the intention to procure a Special Allocation Scheme (SAS) with 3 potential locations in King's Lynn, Norwich and Great Yarmouth or Lowestoft It is anticipated that the contract shall start from 1st April 2019 and the estimated contract value will be PS250,000 per annum. NHS England (East) and the CCGs is inviting suitably qualified providers to a market engagement event taking place on 15th August 2018 in Norwich at 10am (venue to be confirmed closer to the time of the event). A draft Service Specification has been attached as part of this PIN for potential providers to consider and provide their comments. The service will be required to provide good quality, safe primary medical services for this group of vulnerable and challenging patients and ensure a consistent approach to service provision across Great Yarmouth, Norfolk and Waveney. Please note that an expression of interest in this market event will not automatically entitle involvement in any future procurement exercise. Any procurement(s) conducted as a result of this event will be advertised separately and all organisations wanting to participate will need to respond to the procurement advertisement as and when it may be published. Bidders should state in their response to Question ME01 & ME02 of the questionnaire if they would like to request and confirm a place at the market engagement event.
