Minor Works (Building Fabrics)
Notice Description
The Bank is seeking a Contractor for a single supplier framework to provide general building works and associated services over an initial 3 year Contract. Each call-off contract will have a value up to PS250k (excluding VAT) however this is a non-committal contract. The scope of works and services primarily includes, surveys, design services, construction management, construction build (to include heritage), including associated mechanical & electrical installations or management thereof. Other services linked to the built environment may also be required on a project by project basis. The framework will primarily cover sites in central London and Debden with the option of extending Services to other Bank locations within the UK, as required. Additional information: Suppliers are advised this procurement will be conducted via the Bank's e-tendering portal, Proactis, which can be accessed via the following website: https://supplierlive.proactisp2p.com/Account/Login 1.
