Notice Description
Bolsover District Council are looking to appoint a contractor to provide repair works as per our Schedule of Works following fire damage. The repair works are to include a full electrical re-wire; full replacement central heating system; external windows and doors; removal and rebuild of internal elements including floors and stud walls and full replacement of the bathroom and kitchen. The property will not be occupied for the duration of the works but disturbance to neighbouring tenants is to be kept to a minimum. Additional information: The Authority is using the In-tend e-tendering portal to conduct the procurement process ("the e-Tendering Portal"). The e-Tendering Portal can be accessed. https://in-tendhost.co.uk/Bolsoverdc all communications (including submission of Tenders) should be carried out via the e-Tendering Portal. Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No
