Notice Description

The Home Office requires a modular build of a mobile biometrics capture device which can capture a full set of rolled and plain fingerprints to a specific quality standard, which will be used to search and enrol fingerprints into IABS, the biometric database used by Immigration Enforcement (IE) and other BICS departments. We invite bidders to review the attached product testing criteria and provide feedback prior to the procurement process beginning on any risks or issues associated with these mandatory requirements. The procurement will be carried out using the Open Procedure.
