Notice Description

Industry: Assessment and selection - graduate recruitment. The Fast Stream and Emerging Talent (FSET) team deliver the Civil Service Fast Stream graduate programme. FSET is nestled within the Government Curriculum and Skills Unit (GSCU), part of the Cabinet Office. The Fast Stream is, therefore, at the heart of central government. We provide expert graduate recruitment solutions to the wider Civil Service. We blend occupational psychology with technology and volume recruitment operations to meet the demands of the future Civil Service. The Fast Stream is no.1 in The Times Top 100 Graduate Employers list, and regularly wins national awards in the diversity, inclusion and assessment space. It manages approximately 50,000 applications for circa 1,000 graduate scheme roles annually, across many professional specialisms. Description: The Fast Stream is currently in an exciting period of reform. We are preparing to procure new assessment solutions during 2023/24 and are seeking to understand feedback from the public frameworks that may be suitable for the procurement. Suppliers are encouraged to respond with innovative solutions and technology enablers that could help us transform existing assessment methodologies. We are open to design proposals for all or part of our graduate assessment process; please see the Request for Information in the How to Apply section for details of the assessment criteria and the existing process. We only require supplier proposals for assessment tools and how you deliver them, at this stage. The route to market decision will be based on market feedback and the ongoing development of the Fast Stream assessment process. We intend to progress with a phased implementation approach to be complete by September 2024. How to apply: Suppliers are invited to submit responses via email. Please see the instructions in the attached Request for Information. Responses should be no more than three sides of A4 (in size 12 font)
