A pilot programme, developed with the British Muslim Heritage Centre will test methods to tackle health inequalities in the local Muslim population. The project will include creation of an oversight group which will lead developments in training, communications and networking within the community to share knowledge around health inequalities and prevention methods (such as diet and exercise) in order to reduce the number of people living with long term conditions. Additional information: This is a contract award notice confirming the contract award to The British Muslim Heritage Centre for the period 01/06/22 to 31/05/23 to the value of PS29,000
