Notice Description
Notice of Works at HMP Wayland: Provide fire safety improvements that enable compliance with MoJ's four-point strategy for improving fire safety across the public-sector prison estate, that is based on risk assessment, detection, suppression and ventilation; Provide fit for purpose LV Electrical Improvements that comply with current standards within the built environment to ensure the continued operation of the prison and compliance with health and safety regulations and security standards; Provide new cell doors that are anti barricade and are compliant with current HMPPS Technical Standards; Provide a compliant and approved design for the cell windows; Provide new cell call and general alarm systems that are compliant with HMPPS Technical and Security Standards.
