Notice Description

ENGIE, on behalf of its partner, North East Lincolnshire Council (NELC) are seeking to engage the services of a Commercial Energy Assessor for the provision of Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) and Recommendation Reports (RR). The successful contractor must be competent and suitably accredited Commercial Energy Assessor able to deliver the services identified in the specification. There is a need to ensure a high quality service is provided, which identifies cost benefits, increased efficiency and service quality with the emphasis on improving the energy performance of the Council's property portfolio and demonstrating the carbon footprint of the Authority.
