The service covers the whole of the Borough.The Handy Person Service (HPS) focuses on prevention, hospital discharge and some minor works to help clients live independently and safely. The aim of the HPS is to assist West Norfolk residents, with a disability or debilitating health issue, to remain living in their homes for longer.
