Costs 100Mbps up and 100Mbps downstream connection to the internet Quotes required for 1. connection on a 100Mbps bearer and also for 2. connection on a 1Gbps bearer Configurable QoS (connection will be used for voice as well as data) Back up internet connection in case of failure Costs to include all installation, set up and project management costs which should be shown separately from the annual rental. B. Service Level Details of back up internet connection in case of failure SLA uptime guarantee Full details of financial compensation if SLA uptime not met 3 year contract, submit a copy of the proposed contract Specify contractual position if we subsequently upgrade to eg. 200Mbps on the 1Gps bearer (would this be in contract or a new 3 year contract) Key project milestones, timescales, risks and risk mitigation Note Scheduled monument consent may be required as the site is along Hadrian's Wall, submissions must state how this issue has been considered and how it would be managed by the supplier.
