WF's objective is to provide its housing residents with contemporary and neighbourhood information and guidance, the adoption of Electric Notice Boards is seen as a path to keeping its residents informed. Additional information: Waltham Forest Council is conducting this procurement process using an e-sourcing system called Oracle Fusion.
