Notice Description

The objective of this project is to refurbish the existing children's hospital ward to create a more comfortable, welcoming, and child-friendly environment. The refurbishment will take place over a total period of 8-10 weeks, with a window for the following 5 disciplines to be completed in around 7 of these weeks, during which the ward will be upgraded with new flooring, wall coverings, lighting, furniture, and decorations. The aim is to create a warm, inviting atmosphere that will help children feel more at ease and reduce their anxiety during their stay at the hospital. It is essential that a site visit is booked with the building manager for the full specification to be realised, and to answer any queries directly. Work is expected to start on the week commencing 26th June 2023 Completion is due 21st August 2023, with a possible additional 1-2 week window for snagging/defects period.
