The Council is inviting tenders for the provision of professional estate management services to include the letting of property by way of lease; sub-lease or licence; rent reviews and lease renewals of leased and licensed properties, valuations, disposals, arbitrations and similar dispute resolution and the preparation and possible negotiation of Schedules of Dilapidations. The Council is procuring this contract following an open local tender process. Additional information: This tender is to be completed electronically using the SE Shared Services Procurement eSourcing portal. https://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing/opportunities The SE Shared Services eSourcing portal provides a web-based tool that provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing tendering and quotation activities reducing the time and effort required for both buyers and Potential Bidders.
