Notice Title
ELMAG Programme Phase 4
Notice Description
4 contracts have been awarded for the continued development and growth of the ELMAG portal (ELMAG Phase 4). ELMAG is a one stop facility for leaders and managers, providing learning and development opportunities that support leaders, managers and those involved with governance to effectively do their jobs, to progress within their careers and to meet the challenges and opportunities of the future. ELMAG was developed to meet sector demand and now provides a coherent and comprehensive overview of those opportunities in one online place. As well as searching for and finding a range of training, mentoring opportunities and resources that will support individuals to navigate the challenges and maximise the opportunities within the education and training sector, the ELMAG portal also has the potential to be an online community of leaders, managers and those involved in governance who seek to support their own professional development and that of others; not just through training and development courses but also through peer-to-peer dialogue, networking, coaching and mentoring, reading and reflection. The ELMAG portal was launched in July 2015 and the Foundation aim to ensure its continued development and growth as a valuable resource to the sector.
