This is the purchase of stock for our Summer Interns and also to stock replenish for our storeroom. The reason for choosing 5 quotes process is because the CCS portal have 15 different suppliers who doesn't have the stock available straight away where the supplier has already confirmed the stock is ready to ship and available for delivery
