Summary of the contracting process

The London Borough of Barnet Council is seeking bids for the 'Brent Cross Website' project, classified under the communications network category. This procurement is currently in the Tender stage, having been published on 11th October 2019. The proposal has a minimum value of £15,000 and a total value of £25,000, with the tender period concluding on 23rd October 2019. The project is centred in Colindale, London, and aims to create a single online hub for the Brent Cross regeneration scheme, providing vital information to residents and stakeholders.

This tender presents an excellent opportunity for businesses in the web development and communications sectors to engage in a significant local project. Companies that specialise in creating informative and user-friendly websites, especially those with experience in urban development projects, would be well-suited to compete. With the tender open to SMEs, smaller firms have a chance to contribute to the regeneration efforts while enhancing their portfolios and potentially securing future contracts.

Notice Title

Brent Cross Website

Notice Description

There are three distinct development projects as part of the wider BXC regeneration scheme with their own web presence. But to date there has been no single landing page for the BXC regeneration project for residents living in the regeneration area, and other stakeholders, to find out about the development, upcoming works, live planning and construction news, events, jobs and opportunities, media information and key contact details. The new website, in collaboration with Thameslink and Argent Related will provide important news, information and construction updates to our residents and other key stakeholders.
