Notice Description

Southend Borough Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor to take forward the scheme for a new Pavilion on the Pier from RIBA Stage 2-3 (Concept/Developed Design) and, if planning approved and the cost plan is acceptable, to continue the contract through from Stage 4 - 7 In order to access the tender documents please express your interest by registering on the Council's e-tendering system free of charge on the link below: https://procurement.southend.gov.uk/southend/portal.nsf/index.htm The tenders will be considered against an evaluation ratio of 50% for price and 50% for quality.
