Notice Description

Lambeth are seeking to appoint a consultancy to provide support to the Planning teams for up to 3 years. The support would be primarily to its Development Management team to enable it to deliver against its current planning policies and service delivery targets. The support will comprise of assessment of energy and sustainability submissions that accompany relevant planning applications (excluding applications which are subject to Planning Performance Agreements) and condition/s106 discharge applications, together with some additional support for its Planning Policy Team.
