** THIS TENDER IS CLOSED ** Award of contract via the CCS DPS Agreement RM6018 via further competition. DO NOT apply directly to the buyer. All tender information MUST be submitted through the Delta eSourcing Portal. The overarching objectives of the Peer Networks programme are to support SMEs in England to recover from the impact of COVID-19 and drive an increase in sales and firm-level productivity. In the short term, success will be determined by proxy measures which we would expect to contribute to longer term productivity improvements, for example any intermediate behaviour changes.
